The Ride Back To Lynchburg

As you can see, it was a tight fit on the road back to Lynchburg.  Adam and I had so many things to bring back and we barely fit everything into his car!  Adam has a tendency to be in the wrong place at the wrong time when it comes to police officers.  He received his second ticket in just a few months span while we were driving to his house in Maryland in November.  As soon as we hit the road to come back to LC today, we were pulled for making an illegal uturn.  Luckily, the police officer was very kind and understanding and he let Adam off the hook with just a $25 fine.  After that ordeal, we realized that we hadn't had anything to eat all day.  Little did we know that it would be nearly two hours before passing any kind of fast food restaurant.  About ten miles before reaching the Chick-Fila, Adam and I had a laughing fit and we laughed so hard we cried.  I think the absence of food was messing with our brains...we felt very silly and light headed.  We almost crashed the car because of our nonstop laughter!  Finally, about four hours ago we got back to Lynchburg and I am all settled in once again. My bags are unpacked and I am ready for another semester :)
